Payment Refund (for advance payment):
1.In case, product is not available in stock.
2. When Rizikh.com becomes unable to send product to the your address within committed time.
3. If you find the product damaged/ defective & Rizikh.com is unable to replace it with a fresh one.
4. If a different product is delivered to you which has not been ordered by you.
5. In case of travel supply, Rizikh.com will refund the payment on condition if the customer decides not to travel during the offer for any incidental reason.If the customer changes his/ her mind & can cancel his/ her booking before the product/ coupon is already shipped.
6. If online payment is made once more due to technical error.
*No payment will be refunded for Cash on Delivery.
How to get refund
1. If unfortunately, product is not available in stock, Rizikh will refund your payment within shortest possible time.
2. In the event customer receives a damaged / defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per their original order & if they are not interested to get a replacement, Customer is advised to get in touch, within 12 hours, with the Rizikh.com Customer Service Department through any of the below-mentioned channels.

3. You have to send back the product to Rizikh office at your own cost.
4. Upon receiving Your complaint, Rizikh shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if convinced that the complaint is genuine, Rizikh will take necessary action to refund your payment.
5. Note that you may have to submit your Bank Statement to get refund of Online Payment.
6. Note that if you are unable to report to Rizikh Customer Service Department within 12 hours, Rizikh shall not be held liable to refund your payment.
7. Products should be unused; It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit.Please, understand that we cannot accept returns in certain instances.Product Replacement
Rizikh always suggests to check your Product thoroughly at the time of Delivery. We provide Replacement of Product in the following circumstances.
1. In the event customer receives a damaged / defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order.
2. For Apparels, if your purchased apparel does not fit you due to size mismatch.
NOTE- Color of the product may slightly vary due to photography, lighting sources or your monitor setting/ PC resolution.
3. In case of Travel supply, if the customer buys product for a Trip & immediately wants to replace it with another trip from the same Deal(if there is any).
4. In case of Services, if the customer buys Coupon for a particular service , but immediately chooses another one from the same Deal (if there is any) & wants to replace the previous one with the later one.How to get Replacement
